I would never purchase anything from Patt Wanye ever again. I purchased a camper from him. I needed a place to stay after hurricane ida. My first night in the camper I had to fix not only a broken kitchen sink but leaking pipes underneath. my second night the propane gas detector would not stop going off. I soon found a propane leak. My third night I found rotted flooring in the master bedroom and bathroom. I soon realized the shower was leaking water everywhere. My fourth day I went to fix the leaking shower and rotten wood and realized the roof/siding is leaking on all four corners of the unit.
